In the morning, with our guide explore the south-west side of the Vesuvius National Park declared in 1995 affected by eruptions over the years 1794, 1906, 1944. This is the Vesuvian land where the fertile volcanic soil gives distinctive properties to the autochthonous vines and grapes. Piedirosso, Aglianico, Caprettone, Caprettone, Falanghina e Catalanesca.
The excursion is characterised by the visit of the vineyards, observation of lithologies that highlight the extreme stratification of volcanic soils.
This wine experience will take place between vineyards cultivated on the lava of Vesuvio. Here you’ll be able to see the mixed composition of volcanic soil, result of several eruptions, learn about the traditional local wine making process as well as about the passion and sacrifices of this heroic viticulture.
Time to relax and tasting 6 types of wine: 3 Superior DOP Lacryma Christi (red; white and rosè), literally the “tears of Christ”, produced in this area since Ancient Roman times, 1 Superior Piedirosso IGT, 1 Aglianico IGT and a local dessert wine.
These wines with ancient origins will be accompanied by delicious local food: a menu that includes one antipasto, two main courses and a dessert. The terrace where the wine tasting and lunch take place offers a stunning view on Sorrento Coast, Capri Island, Pompei and the the Vesuvius itself.

Later with your guide, reach the top of Mount Vesuvius, where with our private guide you’ll be able to explore its Crater and a path with stunning views on the Bay of Naples, Capri, the Sorrento coastline and Ischia.

Tie on your aprons and get ready for this hands-on traditional Neapolitan cooking class. Start with our antipasto, then get busy creating pasta, a main course and dessert. Lunch follows on the foods prepared in the class. 6 wine pairing is included.
In the early afternoon a private transfer will take to Pompeii to visit the Archeological Park and discover its fascinated history with our English speaking licensed guide.
Pompeii is a unique archaeological site in the world where the time stopped 2000 years ago. Its ruins are listed as “UNESCO World Heritage Patrimony”.

This culinary tour in Naples is a cultural journey that takes you further than the food you’ll eat. As you enjoy authentic local bites ranging from savory to sweet as well as drinks, you’ll also discover the city and its highlights.
Wander around the elegant Vomero area, and see and taste for yourself why this area is so popular with the locals. 
Discover a lively city, admire the contrast of baroque and gothic architecture at the churches of Piazza del Gesù wile tasting a cup of freshly fried fish and other street food.
We’ll get to try bites of famous dishes like fritto misto, a variety of fried goodies with a history that goes back to the Egyptian, and sample the rich flavors of slow-cooked meaty ragù, a staple of Italian home cooking. Try a crunchy, creamy sfogliatella made with lots of layers of sweet pastry – and of course, there’s a chance to feast on traditional pizza in the city that invented it!
And that’s just the beginning; there’s more food to come! Dig into sweet, sticky rum Babá, make a toast to this fabulous foodie city by raising a glass of sparkling prosecco as we look out over a stunning view and end our walk with a sip of the classic Italian limoncello.
During the walk you’ll explore Napoli old town, its architetture and churches such us Chiesa del Gesù nuovo, Chiesa di Santa Chiara, the famous street of San Gregorio Armeno.
Furthermore if you wish at the end of this tour (not included in the tour) you could decide to visit independently some of the most fascinating example of architecture, history and culture of Naples such as Cappella Sansevero, San Gregorio Armeno,Napoli Sotterranea, Castel Sant’Elmo, our guide will be happy to give all the necessary information and tips.
