In the late afternoon get ready for a hands-on cooking class, learn the secrets to turning out true Neapolitan pizza in a warm, informal atmosphere.
Your host will show you how to prepare the dough from scratch, then you roll and top your creation for baking in the wood-fired oven. Cap off your lesson by savouring a piping hot pizza washed down with organic wine.
Enjoy a fantastic handmade pizza, delicious traditional charcuterie and cheese with a nice glass of locally produces wine as well as a traditional dessert and home made liqueur.

This bout tour, starting from Positano, will give you the opportunity to enjoy a complete view of the island with all its enchanting small coves and grottos. En route to Capri, admire the breathtaking coastline of Praiano, Positano, the natural reserve of Punta Campanella and the islands of Li Galli. Soft drinks will be served on board. 
Right after reaching the Faraglioni rocks, probably the most scenic spot in Capri, stop for a relaxing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Green Cave and White Cave. The tour of the island helps you to discover and fully appreciate the coast of Capri, the unique landscapes and breathtaking views; the Natural Arch, Villa Malaparte and Marina Piccola. 
Then stop for a visit at the famous Blue Grotto. This cave, whose waters are characterised by a unique deep blue color, was used as a private swimming pool by the Roman emperors who had their summer residences on the island. (N.B. The entrance ticket to the Blue grotto is not included and is payable directly on site. The visit to the Blue grotto is not always possible due to weather and sea conditions, also in high season lines are often too long).
Arrival and disembarkation at the port of Capri.
Once on the island, you can choose to take the funicular up to the famous Piazzetta with its characteristic alleys with designer shops and luxury boutiques.
Alternatively, you might decide to visit the old village of Anacapri, the highest site on the island, Amble through alleyways, ancient churches and small shops. Near the center of the village you can take the chair lift up to Monte Solaro and enjoy the most breathtaking view of the island.
This is a full-day excursion departing and returning to Positano. Please be on time for your departure.

Day 4 | Pompei - Wine Experience
Breakfast.
Explore one of the best-preserved archaeological site in the world and discover the vineyards of a local Winery located on a gentle slope of Mt Vesuvius.
Discover the fascinated history of Pompeii with a two hour private excursion of the ancient ruins with a qualified local guide.
Pompeii is a unique archaeological site in the world where the time stopped 2000 years ago. Its ruins are listed as “UNESCO World Heritage Patrimony”.
We’ll move then to a typical local winery located on a gentle slope of the Mount Vesuvius to relax and enjoy 5 Wines: three varieties of Lacryma Christi wine (Red, White and Rosè), a typical Aglianico wine and a dessert wine, all paired with local traditional food in traditional lunch in the winery that includes one antipasti, two main courses and dessert. Lacryma Christi, literally “tears of Christ”, has been produced since Ancient Roman times and all the vines of the vineyards we visit grow on volcanic soil with distintive properties and taste of the wine. The winery is located within the Vesuvius National Park: the visit to the vineyards and the terrace where the wine and food tasting take place, offers a stunning view on Sorrento Coast, Capri Island, Pompei and the the Vesuvius itself.
On this day your fully licensed driver will pick you up at your Hotel and then take care of all the transfers for a comfortable day excursion.

A boat trip will take you from Positano to Amalfi: enjoy the views on the Amalfi Coastline from a different angle.
Meet your english speaking local guide to explore Amalfi, the Italy’s oldest maritime republic, stroll along the narrow and colourful alleyways of this ancien town, discover its cultural treasures while tasting local delicacies.
Amalfi is dominated by its impressive Duomo Cathedral that combine an Arab-Norman style facade with an indoor baroque architecture and with bright coloured tiles.
Saunter to the local fishmonger, bread bakery and stop to a limoncello maker using “Amalfi sfusato limone”, with tastings. Treat yourself at the historic local patisserie established at the beginning of the 19th century. All their delicacies, including chocolate and gelato, are still produced in their pastry-making laboratory. Tastings are included.
With our guide take the public local transportation to reach Ravello, the elegant international City of Music which sits on a promontory at 350 metres above the Mediterranean Sea with spectacular views over the other towns of the Amalfi Coast.
Ravello historically has been the inspiring escape for artists, writers, intellectuals, musicians and composers such as Wagner, Toscanini, Escher, Mirò, Lawrence.
Amble along the historical centre and reach Villa Cimbrone whose origins date back to the 11th century: the Villa and its wide elegant gardens are located in a strategic position, standing at the edge of the cliffs and offering dramatic views over Amalfi’s coastline. Pause for a moment at the Terrazzo dell’Infinito (Terrace of Infinity), a natural balcony embellished with impressive marble busts, with an almost 360 degree view of the coastline and the distinctive, colourful Mediterranean Amalfi coast landscape with its terraced lemon groves.
Wander along the ancient alleyways, churches and nobleman’s residences while your guide will unveil the most interesting stories of this long history’s town.

Breakfast.
On this day you will discover the different sides of Sorrento: the authenticity of its countryside and the glamour od the town centre. There is no better way to immerse yourself in the Italian food culture than exploring the vivid yellow lemon groves that have been cultivated here for centuries.
Start your day with a visit to an organic historical lemon-farm, walking through the citrus and olive groves and learning about the farm’s history, production and traditional farming techniques. Enjoy then then farm’s fresh products: fresh lemonade, orange and lemon homemade jams, extra virgin olive oil with homemade bread. Try here the real homemade Limoncello, the Italian liqueur par excellence.
Join a Limoncello making demonstration and tasting, learn the family recipe.
Jump on our beautiful Ape Calessino, the only type vehicle able to fit and go through the local narrow alleyways. Reach the close mozzarella and cheese-farm for a farm guided tour and Mozzarella making show. Here you can sample and enjoy the freshly made “fior di latte mozzarella”, ricotta, caciottina. There’ll be also a tasting of the aged Provolone del Monaco Dop, all accompanied by a glass of organic wine.
After this rural experience with tastings you’ll be take to Sorrento town centre where you’ll be able to spend some free time: here you could walk to the old fishing village, through the colourful alleyways rich of local art crafts, savour the local hand made gelato.

In the morning, from your property our driver will take you to the village of Bomerano, where, together with our professional local guide you will reach the “Walk of the Gods”, widely considered to be one of the greatest coastal walks in the world. The high cliff path leads to Positano, with magnificent views of the Sorrento Peninsula and Capri.
In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at our selected restaurant: a tasting dinner celebrating the unique flavours of the Amalfi Coast (wine and beverages not included, available at extra charge).
